Created at Aju, where I was one of the lead designers on the project. We identified and implemented improvements in customer journeys to enhance the user experience. My role as a designer was shaped by a strategic mindset, focusing on key elements such as design research, concept development, wireframes, moodboards, keyviews, spare with the hotel's internal designers to make sure to align design across all platforms, and roll out the design.
To begin, we dedicated considerable effort to crafting a cohesive concept that would serve as the foundation for the hotel's online presence. This involved thorough research into the preferences and behaviors of our target audience, gathering insights, translating research findings into the product design as well as analyzing competitors' websites.
Throughout the design process, I crafted visual elements that not only reflected the luxurious ambiance of the spa hotel but also facilitated intuitive navigation for users. With a focus on selecting colors, typography, and imagery that would resonate with our audience and strengthen the brand's identity. 
In ensuring a smooth transition from design to implementation, I provided detailed guidelines and assets to developers, facilitating the execution of the UI/UX vision. Ensuring that developers and other stakeholders could implement my vision consistently.
